MEET CHRIS

I grew up in the middle of five Gronk brothers, so every day was, and still is, a competition to see who’s best. All of us, as a result, have played sports at a professional level in the USA – 4 of us in the NFL and 1 in the MLB. 


Health and fitness were a major part of the formula of our success, thanks to my father, who had played college football and sold fitness equipment for a living. Nutrition was of course hugely important throughout my NFL career too, to maintain my size as starting fullback, but it became even more important after I left.


For me, working out isn’t just about the benefits of physical improvement; the mental benefits are greater as you release stress, calming and focusing the mind for hours after. You feel like you’ve accomplished something and have more energy to take on the day – I love that feeling.


I have transitioned from overweight NFL starting fullback to an entrepreneur with kids and a hectic schedule, yet I’m in the best shape of my life – proving there is always time for working out and eating well and anyone can do it.
